If you are not a US citizen and you require an official letter of invitation to participate in or attend the 54th Annual Symposium: Care of the Professional Voice, May 28 – June 1, 2025 at the Westin Hotel, and the Academy of Vocal Arts, Philadelphia, PA, USA, please use the following online form to create a pdf for your Visa application.

We will email you a personal letter of invitation for you to present to your country’s US Consulate to apply for a tourist visa.
