Initial Stroboscopy:
- Right superior laryngeal nerve paresis
- Small left fibrotic true vocal fold mass with stiffness at its base and contralateral contact fullness
- Mild bilateral Reinke’s edema
- Laryngopharngeal reflux
- Muscle tension dysphonia
Six Week Follow-Up
- Patient reported marked improvement in range and quality
- Laryngeal EMG – 20% right SLN paresis, MTD
- Workup otherwise unremarkable
