Checks (made payable to The Voice Foundation), VISA, MasterCard, and Discover are acceptable forms of payment. Purchase orders will not be accepted. Full payment must be received in order for registration to be processed. Registration is guaranteed only after VISA/MasterCard/Discover has been approved, or your check has cleared.

All attendees who register online will receive a receipt/confirmation via e-mail upon completion of the registration process and payment. Please make sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your preferred contact list in your e-mail program.
Note that withdrawals from the conference or specific events cannot be processed through this site. Please contact the Voice Foundation office if you wish to request a refund.
- Registrations withdrawn in writing more than 30 days in advance will be refunded in full, less a cancellation fee of $25.00.
- Registrations withdrawn thirty days in advance by 5pm EST will receive a 50% refund, EXCEPT…
- Registrations withdrawn on or after the day of an event will not be refunded.
