If you are not a US citizen and you require an official letter of invitation to participate in or attend the 53rd Annual Symposium: Care of the Professional Voice, May 29 – June 2, 2024 at the Westin Hotel, and the Academy of Vocal Arts, Philadelphia, PA, USA, please EMAIL US us with the following information:

- Address of US Consulate in your country

- I am a presenter and need my presentation included in the letter
- I am an attendee and need an invitation to attend
We will email you a personal letter of invitation for you to present to your country’s US Consulate to apply for a tourist visa.

There will be a sign-up list for participation and attendance certificates at the registration desk at the Westin Hotel.
