THE INAUGURAL MEETING

PROGRAM: Please join us for our inaugural NCVF Chapter meeting on World Voice Day 2018!
This free event will be filled with performances from local students and choral groups, as well as a series of presentations on how to care for the professional voice. Speakers from Wake Forest Baptist Health’s Center for Voice and Swallowing Disorders include laryngologists, Dr. Carter Wright and Dr. Lyndsay Madden and speech-language pathologists, Amy Morris and Kathryn Waugh.
We also invite you to join the NCVF Chapter officers for a complimentary wine and cheese reception immediately following the program for a chance to meet and greet with other local chapter members.

The goals of this Chapter are:
- Educate members, the community and region on topics related to vocal health, use, science, habilitation, rehabilitation, and pedagogy
- Connect professionals in the region to each other and with The Voice Foundation
The chapter holds quarterly meetings/events.
