Roadmap to the Pathway Pathway to the Symptom Tree | View the Symptom Tree

The Voice Problem Website with the Symptom Tree is currently unavailable while undergoing a major update.

Welcome to The Voice Problem Website Symptom Tree for Patients. If this is your first time here, please make sure you have properly read the Understanding the Symptom Tree section before beginning the questionnaire. Please also note that the Symptom Tree is not an algorithm for diagnosis or for intervention. The Symptom Tree is presented here to provide information on commonly diagnosed conditions for patients with similar symptoms.

The Symptom Tree is comprised of two or three easy questions concerning your symptoms. To the right, you will see a diagram of the tree. As you progress through the tree, your current location will be highlighted on the map.

Click on the diagram at any time to open a larger, more detailed map of the tree. From there, you will be able to click on any port of the tree to jump to that page.

If you have completed the Understanding the Symptom Tree section and are ready to begin, please continue on to QUESTION ONE by clicking here now.
